We’re pleased to welcome new patients to Swanson Medical Centre!

As a community-focused practice, we prioritise quality care for those living within our local area. Our enrolment boundary includes:

• Junction of Crows Road & Birdwood Road (north-east)

• Junction of Metcalfe Road & Swanson Road (east)

• Junction of Mountain Road & Scenic Drive (south)

• Bethells Beach (west)

• Waitākere Township up to Hunter Road (north-west)

Not sure if you live within our enrolment area? No problem — just give our lovely reception team a call on 09 833 9433, and they’ll be happy to help you check.

Please note: You can only be enrolled at one general practice at a time to access the full benefits of being part of a Primary Health Organisation (PHO).
